Brooch Boutique Returns to Support 2024 Ladies Only Class
Bunker Hill, IN (February 12, 2024) With locations in Rochester, Warsaw and Wabash, Indiana and an online store that ships worldwide, Brooch Boutique, founded by Patty Lowe and Abby Warpenburg, a mother and daughter duo, with the goal of spreading body positivity and love to each person they meet, will return in 2024 to sponsor the Ladies Only class at Bunker Hill Dragstrip.
“We are thankful to have Brooch Boutique as the sponsor for this class,” explains track co owner Cori McMillen, “Similar to the core values of Brooch Boutique, the Ladies Only Class at Bunker Hill Dragstrip was started in 2023 with the goal of spreading positivity among women by giving them a space where they would feel comfortable racing at the dragstrip for the first time. It was great seeing the class grow over the course of last season, and we can’t wait for more women to get in on the fun and come racing with us this season.”
This season, the class will be held once per month on the following dates: May 4th, June 1st, July 27th, August 17th and September 7th. Ladies will again have the option of entering points. To enter points, a $40 points entry fee is paid. Points are calculated at each race to determine a points champion. The top 10 in points are recognized at the end of season banquet. Entering points is not required to race in the Brooch Boutique Ladies Only class. The winner at each event will go home with a trophy, a Coan Engineering winner’s hat & some cash.
