TRUTE HEADLINES UMA SPORTSMAN OPENING ACT

Wisconsin Dells WI 5/4/24-New Libson’s Dave Trute continues his rein atop the DRP UMA Sportsman with a win I. The 25 lap A-Main presented by The Country Plumber of Portage. Logan Delaney and Mike Krueger Jr. brought the field to green 7 Rows deep. Krueger would pop out to the early lead as the field went into full attack mode. Dave Trute would work methodically and quickly from his 11th place starting spot to take the lead just past the halfway point. Trute would cruise unchallenged to the stripe. The 2 would be followed to the line followed by Tommy Moore, Nick Bruley, Mike Krueger and Andrew Borntreger . The Diamond Racing Wheels Fast Dash was won by Landry Potter with Henry Vian collecting the heat race win. Dave Trute was fast qualifier of 14 cars with a lap of 14.846. The DRP UMA Sportsman return to action May 18th as part of Blystone Towing and Recovery Night.
